English and Creative Arts is an exciting major that offers excellent opportunities to develop analytical and production skills in many different forms of writing and performance. Students are exposed to a wide range of literary, non-literary, theoretical, dramatic, electronic and other kinds of texts, with an emphasis on critical understanding and practical production. Upon completion of the major, graduates will be skilled in methods of analysis and argument, fluent in expression, and confident in their ability to undertake critical and/or creative work.
